We provide a warranty period of 24 months for our products. We provide warranty and post-warranty service. Boats and other products can be submitted for repair either at our authorized dealers or sent directly to our production address. Please send boats clean and dry, preferably in a transport bag without additional accessories (pump, paddle, seats, etc.). Please enclose a report with a simple description of the defect and your contact information.
